How to fix contact errors

Learn how to fix individual, multiple, and specific contact errors to send out emails. 


Clear individual contact errors

When you hover over the contact's status, you can get more insight on the contact's error. To clear the contact errors, click the contact's status and the Clear Error option will appear. 

If a contact has multiple errors, it will display the errors when you hover over the contact's status. Clearing the errors will display all the errors a contact has. You can choose to clear a specific error or all errors for the contact. 


Clear contact errors in bulk

If several contacts have multiple contact errors, they can be cleared in bulk by following these steps:

  1. Check the Select All checkbox to select all contacts.
  2. Click the ... icon to open the drop-down menu. 
  3. Select Clear Errors from the drop-down menu. 
  4. In the Clear Contact Errors pop-up, you can choose to clear specific errors or all errors for the contacts.


Clear specific contact errors

You can clear specific contact errors by selecting the Error contact filter and then the specific error from the drop-down menu.
