Using the Chrome Extension with Wellfound, GitHub, and Indeed

In this guide:

Our Chrome extension allows you to perform email lookups and add contacts to sequences on sites like Wellfound (formerly Angel List), GitHub, and Indeed. If you are using LinkedIn, you can check out our guides here on adding individual contacts and adding multiple contacts with the Chrome Extension.

Before looking up contacts on the Chrome extension, be sure to create a sequence first so that you can add contacts to a sequence. You cannot add contacts to Interseller without creating a sequence first.

Note: If we are not able to locate email addresses for some contacts that were mass selected, the extension will display a "Email not found" notification for them to let you know we weren't able to find an email for them.

Using the Chrome Extension with Indeed

To lookup emails on Indeed, follow these steps:

  1. Open up a contact's Indeed profile and click the Interseller button to open our Chrome Extension.
  2. If we are able to find multiple email addresses for the contact, you can click the arrow in the upper right corner of the pop-up window to select the email address you want to use.
  3. Next, click the drop-down menu to select the sequence you would like to add the contact to.
  4. Lastly, click the Save Contact button to save the contact into your sequence.
Note: You are required to have an Indeed Resume account in order to lookup emails on Indeed.

Since Indeed Resume uses a credit system for messaging contacts, be aware that you may bypass their system if you add contacts into Interseller and message them directly from your sequences.

If you don't want to lose your credits, we recommend reaching out through Indeed first and then use Interseller to look up emails for contacts that have not responded to you through Indeed.
