Understanding high opens in the activity panel

Learn more about high open rates in a contact's activity panel.


If you notice a high number of opens for a contact in their activity panel, it's likely due to the following reasons:

  • They forwarded the email to other people who also opened the email
  • The contact may have opened the email several times within a 15 minute period so the amount of opens became stacked into one timeframe
