Manually message a contact
Learn how to manually send a message to a contact.
If you want to message a contact immediately rather than waiting for our system to send your emails or to skip the selected email step schedule, you can manually send a message directly from your sequence.
To manually send a message, follow the steps below:
- Click on the ... icon next to the contact's name to open up the drop-down menu.
- Select the Send Now.
- Click Confirm.
Note: You cannot send multiple emails within one day, even if you are manually sending the message.
There also isn't a way to send a one-off message to a contact outside of a sequence. A contact must be added to a sequence in order for them to be messaged.
The message will be sent immediately as long as:
- There are no contact errors
- The contact hasn't reached the end of your sequence
- The contact hasn't already been messaged that day
