You can provide contacts the option to unsubscribe from your messages by toggling on the unsubscribe link feature in your settings or adding the link within each of your email steps.

Contacts can click on the link to unsubscribe from the sender's future messages. Contacts can also reply to the email with "unsubscribe" and our system will automatically set their status to unsubscribed in Interseller.

Adding the unsubscribe link to all sequences

You can add an unsubscribe link to all of your sequences by toggling on the unsubscribe link within your tracking settings. An opt-out link will appear at the bottom of your messages when this feature is enabled.

Adding the unsubscribe link to individual email steps

You can also add the unsubscribe link to individual email steps so that it only appears in specific sequences instead of all sequences. The link will appear above your email signature since it'll be within the email step itself.

Contacts can also unsubscribe themselves from sequences when they reply to the email. A reply from a contact will stop any further follow-up emails from sending.

While the contact can unsubscribe from the sender's emails, they can still be sent emails from other teammates since the unsubscribe feature is specific to the sender.

You can also manually set the unsubscribed status to a contact by clicking on their current status and then select "Unsubscribe":

We generally don't suggest turning on the "Unsubscribe Link" feature unless you're sending anywhere between 10,000-20,000 emails per month or if it's a requirement in your country.

Unsubscribe links don't appear in test emails so only contacts in your sequence will see the link.

Note: If a contact has unsubscribed from a sender's previous sequence, they will automatically be unsubscribed from the same sender's future sequence.
