When a contact is out-of-office or has an auto-reply set up with their email account, we are able to detect these types of responses and temporarily pause sending emails to these contacts.
Interseller is able to identify the return date of a contact as long as this information is mentioned in the contact's message. We will automatically pause sending to these contacts until their return date.
If the reply does not include a return date, Interseller will pause sending emails for one week and then will continue sending out your messages.
Note: You can manually clear the contact's paused status to resume sending emails sooner than their return date.
