How do I change my email provider with Interseller?

Learn how switching email providers changes how you login to Interseller and how to transfer your account information.


If you switch email providers and are using the same email address, you will need to create a new Interseller account so that our system can connect to the new provider.

To connect to your new email provider, please follow these steps:

  1. Log out of your current Interseller session
  2. Create your new account here: app.interseller.io/signup
  3. Once you're logged in, you may reach a paywall or notice that none of your data is visible. Not to worry! Reach out to our Technical Support team to let us know you switched email providers.

    You can contact us by clicking the Support button in the bottom right corner of this screen.

  4. From there, we'll swap the accounts so that you can access your data and start sending sequences through your new provider. This process allows us to seamlessly swap all of your data and existing subscription over to the new account.
  5. Lastly, we'll follow up with you once the process is complete!
