Report an incorrect email address from the Chrome extension

If an incorrect email address is found through the Chrome extension, you can report it directly from the pop-up window by following these steps:

1. Click the down arrow button in the upper right corner of the extension window.
2. Select Report incorrect email address from the drop-down menu.
3. Once the report has been submitted, you'll see a Report submitted message letting you know the report has been sent to our team.

Report an incorrect email address from a sequence

You can also report an incorrect email address once a contact has been added to a sequence by following these steps:

1. Click the ... button next to the contact's name.
2. Select Report Incorrect Email from the drop-down menu. 
3. Click the Report button in the pop-up window to confirm.
