We're building out a new Reports dashboard that includes more granular and insightful data for sequences, users, and teams.

Owners and managers will be able to view stats for shared sequences and users across the team. Teammates who have "user" permissions will only be able to view stats for their own sequences and sequences shared by other teammates.

View a specific report

These are the 10 reports that you can choose to view:

  1. Contacts Added - This will display the number of contacts added within the specified timeframe
  2. Messages Sent - This will display the number of messages sent within the specified timeframe
  3. Tasks Completed - This will display the number of tasks completed within the specified timeframe
  4. Messages Bounced - This will display the bounce rate of messages that have bounced within the specified timeframe
  5. Contacts Replied - This will display the number of contacts who replied within the specified timeframe

  9. Message Performance - This will display the number of messages sent within the specified timeframe
  10. Leaderboard - This will display which team member is in the lead, depending on the filter selected (user, lookups, contacts added, messages sent, contacts replied, meetings booked)

Select a date range

There are set date ranges to choose from for viewing the activity within that time frame:

  1. Last 30 Days - This will display the activity for the last 30 days.
  2. Last 90 Days - This will display the activity for the last 90 days.
  3. Last 365 Days - This will display the activity for the last 365 days.
  4. YTD - This will display the activity from the first date of the year up until the current date.

You can also choose which dates you would like to view an activity for by specifying it in the calendar.

View Daily/Weekly Activity

You can choose to view activity on a daily/weekly basis by switching between the 2 options.

Select specific sequences

There are 3 filter options available to choose from for viewing a sequence:

  1. Sequences - This will display a list of your sequences and your teammates' shared sequences.
  2. Users - This will display a list of users on your team and any of their shared sequences. This will only be visible to owners and managers.
  3. Folders - This will display a list of your sequences and any shared sequence that lives inside a folder.

These filter options can also be combined to view more collective stats.

View Contacts Added

When viewing a  Contacts Added report, the sequence title, sequence owner, and the number of contacts added will display. This report can be exported by clicking on the "Export" button. You can toggle between a daily and weekly view to see the total amount of contacts added. You can also click into the sequence to view the specific sequence contacts were added to.

View Messages Sent

When viewing a  Messages Sent report, the sequence title, sequence owner, and the number of contacts messaged will display. This report can be exported by clicking on the "Export" button. You can toggle between a daily and weekly view to see the total amount of contacts messaged. You can also click into the sequence to view the specific sequence contacts were messaged in.

View Tasks Completed

When viewing a  Tasks Completed report, the sequence title, sequence owner, and the number of tasks completed will display. You can toggle between a daily and weekly view to see the total amount of tasks completed. You can also click into the sequence to view the specific sequence the tasks were completed for.

View Bounce Rate

When viewing a Bounce Rate report, owners and managers can scroll through to view the bounce rate across users on a team. The bounce rate we recommend aiming for is below 5%.

View Contact Replies

When viewing a Contacts Replied report, you can click the sequence title to open up the sequence or click the contact's name to see their reply in that sequence in the activity panel.

Reply sentiments are also visible in the Contacts Replied report. While there is currently no filter to specify a type of sentiment, clicking the header column will group them together for a more collective view.

View Meetings Booked

When viewing a Meetings Booked report, you can click into the sequence to see when the contact booked a meeting in that sequence. It will open up the contact's record in the sequence and you will be able to see the booked meeting in the activity panel.

View Contact Activity

When viewing a  Contact Activity report, you can hover over the heat grid to view the average of the the highest and lowest amount of opens and replies for the team across a week and 24-hour period. You can hover over each square to see the amount of opens or replies for a specific day and hour.

If you're an owner or manager, you can filter by a specific user or sequence to view their contact activity.

View Contact Performance

When viewing a Contact Performance report, owners and managers can view how the added contacts are performing across the team and sort users by contacts added, contacts messaged,  contacts who opened emails, contacts who replied, contacts who booked meetings, and contacts whose emails have bounced.

Contact performance is based on the timeframe the contact was added instead of the amount of contacts messaged within the specified timeframe.

View Message Performance

When viewing a Message Performance report, owners and managers can view how sent messages are performing across the team and sort users by messages opened, messages containing clicked links, messages replied to, and bounced emails.

Message performance is based on individually sent messages instead of individually messaged contacts. An example of this would be a single contact being sent multiple messages, but only replying to one message.

When looking at the amount of messages containing clicked links, a clicked link will count only once per message in this report, regardless if multiple links are included and clicked on within the message.

View Leaderboard and sort users by filters

Owners and managers can view the team leaderboard and sort by user, email lookups, contacts added, messages sent, tasks completed, contacts replied, or meetings booked to display the stats in ascending/descending order.

Compare performance for selected timeframe to previous period

Owners and managers can also compare performance for a selected timeframe to the previous period by toggling on the "Compare to Previous Period" feature. The date range in the toggle label will be the same length of time as the dates you selected, however the toggle label dates will come right before the selected range.

When comparing to the previous period, the top row numbers will be for the current period and the bottom row numbers will be for the previous period.
