Using the Reports Dashboard

In this guide:

Interseller's Reports dashboard includes more granular and insightful data for sequences, users, and teams.

Owners and managers will be able to view stats for shared sequences and users across the team. Teammates who have "user" permissions will only be able to view stats for their own sequences and sequences shared by other teammates.

Message performance

When viewing a Message Performance report, owners and managers can view how sent messages are performing across the team and sort users by messages opened, messages containing clicked links, messages replied to, and bounced emails.

Message performance is based on individually sent messages instead of individually messaged contacts. An example of this would be a single contact being sent multiple messages, but only replying to one message.

When looking at the amount of messages containing clicked links, a clicked link will count only once per message in this report, regardless if multiple links are included and clicked on within the message.

You can also get a better idea of how your personalized messages are performing by  toggling the Display Personalized Contact Stats button in the left panel.

Contacts added & messages sent

When viewing a  Contacts Added report, the sequence title, sequence owner, and the number of contacts added will display. This report can be exported by clicking on the "Export" button. You can toggle between a daily and weekly view to see the total amount of contacts added. You can also click into the sequence to view the specific sequence contacts were added to.

Contact reply and contact activity

Contact Activity Report

Owners and Managers can view the Contact Activity report and hover over the heat grid to view the average of the highest and lowest amount of opens and replies for the team across a week and 24-hour period. You can hover over each square to see the amount of opens or replies for a specific day and hour.

You can also filter by a specific user and sequence to view their contact activity.

Contact Replies Report

When viewing a Contacts Replied report, you can click the sequence title to open up the sequence or click the contact's name to see their reply in that sequence in the activity panel.

Reply sentiments are also visible in the Contacts Replied report. While there is currently no filter to specify a type of sentiment, clicking the header column will group them together for a more collective view.

Contact performance

When viewing a Contact Performance report, owners and managers can view how the added contacts are performing across the team and sort users by contacts added, contacts messaged,  contacts who opened emails, contacts who replied, contacts who booked meetings, and contacts whose emails have bounced.

Contact performance is based on the timeframe the contact was added instead of the amount of contacts messaged within the specified timeframe.

You can also get a better idea of how your personalized contacts are performing by toggling the Display Personalized Contact Stats button in the left panel.

Step performance

Managers and Owners can view the Step Performance report to get a better idea of how each email step has performed across active, inactive, and archived sequences sent during the selected date range.

This report will display the sent, opened, replied, and bounced rates per email step. These reports can also be filtered by sequence, user, group and date range.

Sequence activity

Owners and managers can see how many active sequences each user has and how many contacts have been messaged over the last 7 and 30 days from the Sequence Activity report.

Archived sequences will also be included in the Messaged and Total columns as long as those messages have been sent in the last 7 or 30 days.

Leaderboard and sort users by filters

Owners and managers can view the team leaderboard and sort by user, email lookups, contacts added, messages sent, tasks completed, contacts replied, or meetings booked to display the stats in ascending/descending order.

Contact performance for a selected timeframe

Owners and managers can also compare performance for a selected timeframe to the previous period by toggling on the "Compare to Previous Period" feature. The date range in the toggle label will be the same length of time as the dates you selected, however the toggle label dates will come right before the selected range.

When comparing to the previous period, the top row numbers will be for the current period and the bottom row numbers will be for the previous period.

Note: This feature is only available in the Leaderboard report.

Display stats by group

Owners and managers not part of a group can view their teammates' stats as a group instead of viewing each user's stats by toggling on the <strong>"Display Stats by Group" feature. If you are assigned to a group, this feature won't be displayed.

Note: This feature is only availble in the Leaderboard report.
