Export sequence reports

Learn how to export your reports and what each data point means.

You can export sequence reports to see a detailed breakdown of your data and performance. The following reports can be exported from the Reports dashboard:

  1. Contacts Replied
  2. Meetings Booked
  3. Leaderboard (only visible to owners and managers)

To export a report, navigate to your Reports dashboard and select how you would like to filter the report based on a sequence, team member, or folder and a specified time frame.

💡 Tip: Since there's not a way to export the Message and Contact Performance reports at this time, we recommend exporting the Leaderboard report instead. This report will pull the same data that you can find in the Message and Contact Performance data.

To understand exported reports, here's a breakdown of what the data in each column means:

  • Date - Each date included in the time frame specified
  • Contacts - This is the number of contacts added to Interseller on that date. Below are some things to keep in mind for the contacts column:

    1. If you remove a contact that was added between the start and end date, it won't be counted in the report.

    2. If you move a contact between sequences, it won’t be counted twice in the report.

    3. If you copy a contact, it will be counted twice in the report

  • Contacts messaged - Of the contacts that were added, this is the number of contacts who were messaged on that date
  • Contacts messaged bounced - Of the contacts messaged, this is the number of contacts whose messages bounced on that date
  • Contacts messaged opened - Of the contacts messaged, this is the number of contacts who opened the messages on that date
  • Contacts messaged replied - Of the contacts messaged, this is the number of contacts who replied on that date
  • Contacts messaged booked -  Of the contacts messaged, this is the number of contacts who booked meetings on that date
  • Messages - This is the total number of messages sent on that date
  • Messages first - Of the messages sent on that date, this is the amount that are initial and follow-up messages. Initial and follow-up messages are combined into one column in exported reports.

  • Replies - This is the number of replies received on that date
  • Booked - This is the number of booked meetings on that date
  • Lookups - This is how many email lookups were done on the Chrome extension on that date. If you look up the same person again within the same billing period, it will only count as 1 lookup. If you look up that same person again in another billing period, it will count as 1 lookup regardless if they were previously looked up.
