Important Interseller Update: Dec 2024
Dear Interseller Customers,
We’d like to share an important update about how we’ll support you moving forward.
As part of our ongoing effort to provide a more efficient and scalable experience, Interseller will fully transition to a self-service support model by the end of 2024. This means we will no longer offer a dedicated Support team.
You’ll still have access to all the resources you need to succeed:
- Help Center: Visit help.interseller.io for step-by-step guides, FAQs, and troubleshooting tips.
- Billing Management: Handle subscription changes and cancellations through your Billing Section.
If you encounter a billing issue, you can email us at billing@interseller.io. Please note that we do not offer refunds or custom pricing. We also will not be adjusting the cost of Interseller’s monthly subscription and this will remain $200/seat. If you have an active custom contract, you should have been contacted by a member of our team with the next steps.
While the tool will remain active, we will no longer fix minor bugs or make feature improvements. However, our team will continue to monitor for and address any critical issues that would impact the site's functionality.
