- Personal email lookups: Users were seeing an email address not found error while performing manual personal email lookups in the Chrome extension even when the email address was available through PDF download

- January 19, 2024: Outlook users experienced a pause or delay in email sending.
Chrome Extension
As of January 8, our Chrome extension has been updated so that it no longer scrapes data from user profiles. The core functionality remains the same but the email lookup workflow has changed so that we can remain compliant with LinkedIn’s terms and conditions.
