Setting up custom holidays and enabling U.S. holidays

In this guide:

To prevent messages from going out while you're out-of-office on holiday or vacation, you can enable U.S. Holidays and even create custom holidays.

Enabling U.S. holidays

Along with setting up your email schedule and custom holidays, Interseller helps prevent emails on U.S. holidays  (and days where emails are read least).

These are the days that Interseller considers as U.S. holidays:

Martin Luther King Jr. Day

President's Day

Memorial Day

Independence Day

Labor Day

Indigenous People's Day

Thanksgiving Day

Christmas Eve

Christmas Day

New Year's Eve

You can toggle off the setting to send emails during U.S. holidays in the Schedule tab of your Account Settings:

Setting up custom holidays

Custom holidays can be set up within your schedule settings to exclude email messaging for specific holidays.

To add a custom holiday, follow the steps below:

  1. Go into your Schedule Settings and scroll down to the Custom Holidays section.
  2. Select the date from the calendar and click Add Date.

To remove a custom holiday, hover over the trash icon next to the date.
