At the moment, we only accept U.S. credit cards for payment.
If you're making a payment above $5,000, we can set up a custom payment arrangement for you.
You can access the most recent 10 invoices in your billing panel. If you'd like to access older invoices, you can get in touch with us so we can provide that for you.
Past Due Payments
Stripe will send you an email notifying you that your payment failed to go through. Stripe will try to trigger a payment attempt anywhere between 4-6 times within a week. If they're not able to make a successful payment attempt by the end of the week, your subscription will be cancelled.
If your credit card keeps getting declined, you may want to check with your bank to see if there's any issues with the card or if the bank is blocking charges from Interseller.
