Please note, as of January 2025 Interseller has fully transitioned to a self-service support model. This means access to a Customer Support team is no longer available.
You still have access to all the resources you need to manage your account and resolve issues:
- Help Center: Visit help.interseller.io for comprehensive guides, FAQs, and troubleshooting resources.
- Billing Management: You can update your subscription or cancel your account through the Billing Section.
- For Security questions and documentation please access the Security Portal here.
While the tool remains active, we are no longer fixing minor bugs or making feature improvements. Our team will continue to monitor and address any critical issues that impact the site's functionality.
If you experience a billing issue, please email us at billing@interseller.io. Note that refunds and custom pricing is not available. Anything not billing related will not be addressed.
