To keep job roles and prospects better organized, you can create multiple sequences.

Instead of pooling all the prospects for one role into one sequence, you can split them up into groups and create multiple sequences. 

For instance, you can create two sequences for one role, one sequence for all new prospects you’re targeting and another with prospects you’ve previously reached out to so you can re-target them. This will allow you to better manage prospects you’ve already built relationships with and new prospects you're hoping to connect with.
