You can provide contacts the option to unsubscribe from your messages by toggling on the "Unsubscribe Link" feature in your settings.
An opt-out link will appear at the bottom of your messages when this feature is enabled. Contacts can click on the link to unsubscribe from the sender's future messages. Contacts can also reply to the email with "unsubscribe" and our system will automatically set their status to unsubscribed in Interseller.
Contacts can also unsubscribe from sequences when they send a reply to the email. A reply from a contact will stop any follow-up emails within a sequence from sending.
While the contact can unsubscribe from the sender's emails, they can still be sent emails from other teammates since the unsubscribe feature is specific to the sender.
You can also manually set the unsubscribed status to a contact by clicking on their current status and then select "Unsubscribe":
We generally don't suggest turning on the "Unsubscribe Link" feature unless you're sending anywhere between 10,000-20,000 emails per month or if it's a requirement in your country.
Note: If a contact has unsubscribed from a sender's previous sequence, they will automatically be unsubscribed from the same sender's future sequence.
