In the Reports dashboard, you can filter reports based on team, team members, sequence, and start and end dates. Owners and managers have access to team metrics so their Reports dashboard will look a bit differently than a user's Reports dashboard.

On the upper left side of the Reports dashboard, you'll see two funnels of data, one based on contacts added and the other based on messages sent for a specified time frame.

To the right of this, you'll see each team members' metrics for contacts reached, specifically how many contacts they've added, how many they've messaged, how many contacts opened their messages, and how many replied when you hover over.

Under the overview of the metrics, you'll see a heat grid displaying the average of the the highest and lowest amount of opens and replies across the week and 24 hour period. You can hover over each square to see the amount of opens or replies for a specific day and hour.

On the right side of this, you'll see each team members' metrics for messages sent and the dates they sent messages.

For a user, they will only be able to see their dashboard and metrics so it will look something like this:

Note: Duplicate contacts will count multiple times if they're added into multiple sequences. Contacts who are moved over from one sequence to another will only count once for contacts messaged. Contacts who were added before the specified timeframe, but were messaged in that timeframe will not be included in contacts messaged since they weren't added within that time period.
