You can sync contacts into Pipedrive whenever they're added to a sequence on Interseller.
To connect Interseller to Pipedrive, you can visit the integrations settings tab.
You'll need to log into your Pipedrive account to generate the API token.
To get the API token, go to Settings > API and you should see the API token appear in the green box. You can copy and paste the API token into Interseller to connect Pipedrive.
Changing the default pipeline stage and sync options
Once Pipedrive is connected to Interseller, you can choose to sync contacts to a pipeline stage. You can customize your pipeline stages on Pipedrive's end.
You can also select one of the following sync options to adjust how contacts sync over to Pipedrive from Interseller:
- Off - contacts won't be synced into Pipedrive
- Sync contacts when added to a sequence - contacts will sync over to Pipedrive
- Sync contacts only when they reply back - contacts will only sync over to Pipedrive when they reply
Enable/disable deduplication for Pipedrive
You can toggle on the deduplication setting for Pipedrive to be warned if a contact already exists in Pipedrive. This will mark the contact with the error "Exists in Integration" if we find that their email already exists in Pipedrive. If deduplication isn't turned on, then we won't check to see if they exist in Pipedrive. It's recommended to keep deduplication enabled to reduce having duplicate contacts within your integration.
Once Pipedrive is connected to Interseller, you can choose which pipeline stage to sync to.
You can also customize how the field mapping from Interseller syncs over to Pipedrive.
Changing the pipeline stage at the sequence level
To adjust the pipeline stage at the sequence level, you can navigate to the sequence's settings to change this.
Note: To have email activity sync over from Interseller to Pipedrive, you'll need to upgrade to to Pipedrive's Gold tier package.
