Our integration with recruiting and staffing software JobAdder lets you automatically sync contacts into JobAdder whenever they're added to a sequence on Interseller.
To connect Interseller to JobAdder, you can visit the integration settings tab. You'll need to log into your JobAdder account and grant Interseller permission to access your JobAdder data.
Once you've connected Interseller to JobAdder, you can select how to sync contacts from Interseller to JobAdder. You can also assign which job contacts belong to at an account level or at a sequence level.
Adjusting the sync settings
You can select among one of the following sync options:
- Off - contacts won't be synced into JobAdder
- Sync contacts when added to a sequence - contacts will sync over to JobAdder
- Sync contacts only when they reply back - contacts will only sync over to JobAdder when they reply
Enable/disable deduplication for JobAdder
You can toggle on the deduplication setting for JobAdder to be warned if a contact already exists in JobAdder. This will mark the contact with the error "Exists in Integration" if we find that their email already exists in JobAdder. If deduplication isn't turned on, then we won't check to see if they exist in JobAdder. It's recommended to keep deduplication enabled to reduce having duplicate contacts within your integration.
You can also sync email activity for contacts when you enable this feature.
Changing the default job sync at an account level
To change the default job, visit the integrations settings tab. From there, you can change the default job that all candidates get synced to.
Changing the default job sync at a sequence level
You can override the default setting where contacts get synced at the sequence level. You'll need to visit the sequence's settings to change this.
Note: Any email activity for contacts added to Interseller before JobAdder was connected won't sync over and cannot be backfilled.
