Our integration with staffing software COMPAS lets you automatically sync contacts into COMPAS whenever they're added to a sequence on Interseller. 

To connect COMPAS to Interseller, visit the integration settings tab. You'll need to reach out to COMPAS' support team to generate an API key to connect to Interseller.

Once COMPAS is connected, you can adjust how contacts sync from Interseller. 

Adjusting the sync settings

You can select from the following sync options:

  1. Off - contacts won't be synced into COMPAS
  2. Sync contacts when added to a sequence - contacts will sync over to COMPAS
  3. Sync contacts only when they reply back - contacts will only sync over to COMPAS when they reply

Enable/disable deduplication for COMPAS

You can toggle on the deduplication setting for COMPAS to be warned if a contact already exists in COMPAS. This will mark the contact with the error "Exists in Integration" if we find that their email already exists in COMPAS. If deduplication isn't turned on, then we won't check to see if they exist in COMPAS. It's recommended to keep deduplication enabled to reduce having duplicate contacts within your integration. 

Disable syncing sequences to COMPAS

You can also disable syncing a sequence over to COMPAS in the "Sync" tab within the sequence's settings. If you don't want contacts to sync over to COMPAS, you'll want to make sure this is enabled first before adding contacts into the sequence.
