Our integration with recruiting and staffing software JobAdder lets you automatically sync contacts into JobAdder whenever they're added to a sequence on Interseller. 

To connect Interseller to JobAdder, you can visit the integration settings tab. You'll need to log into your JobAdder account and grant Interseller permission to access your JobAdder data.

Once you've connected Interseller to JobAdder, you can select if contacts sync from Interseller to JobAdder as a contact or candidate. You can adjust this at the account level or at the sequence level.

Adjusting the sync settings

You can select among one of the following sync options:

  1. Off - contacts won't be synced into JobAdder
  2. Sync contacts when added to a sequence - contacts will sync over to JobAdder
  3. Sync contacts only when they reply back - contacts will only sync over to JobAdder when they reply

To adjust whether the contact syncs as contacts or candidates at the sequence level, you can open up the sequence's settings and select the "Syncing" tab. 

Enable/disable deduplication for JobAdder

You can toggle on the deduplication setting for JobAdder to be warned if a contact already exists in JobAdder. This will mark the contact with the error "Exists in Integration" if we find that their email already exists in JobAdder. If deduplication isn't turned on, then we won't check to see if they exist in JobAdder. It's recommended to keep deduplication enabled to reduce having duplicate contacts within your integration. 

Changing the default job sync at an account level

To change the default job, visit the integrations settings tab. From there, you can change the default job that all candidates get synced to. 

Changing the default job sync at a sequence level

You can override the default setting where contacts get synced at the sequence level. You'll need to visit the sequence's settings to change this.

Disable syncing sequences to JobAdder

You can also disable syncing a sequence over to JobAdder in the "Sync" tab within the sequence's settings. If you don't want contacts to sync over to JobAdder, you'll want to make sure this is enabled first before adding contacts into the sequence.

Email activity tracking

You can sync all the email activity for contacts over to JobAdder when you enable activity tracking. 

Add JobAdder contacts to Interseller

Once your JobAdder account is connected to Interseller, individual contacts in JobAdder can be added to Interseller sequences. Only one contact can be added at a time from JobAdder to Interseller at the moment. 

If your JobAdder account is already connected to Interseller, you'll need to re-authenticate with JobAdder. You can click this link to re-authenticate: https://interseller.io/auth/crm/jobadder

Select a single contact that you'd like to add either from the Candidates or Contacts tab and under Actions, click Interseller and then Add to Interseller Sequence.

A window should appear and you can select which Interseller sequence to add the contact to. Once the contact has been added, you can open the contact within the sequence. If you have deduplication enabled, the contact will be marked as a duplicate in JobAdder.

Note: Any email activity for contacts added to Interseller before JobAdder was connected won't sync over and cannot be backfilled.
