The Reports dashboard includes two funnels of data, one for contacts added and the other for messages sent. Each funnel is independent of each other and is based on the specified time frame.

Contacts Added Funnel

To better understand the contacts added funnel in the Reports dashboard, we have broken down what each of the metrics indicates below:

  • Contacts added - total number of contacts that were added within the specified timeframe 
  • Contacts messaged - of the contacts who were added, this is the number of contacts who were messaged
  • Contacts opened - of the contacts who were messaged, this is the number of contacts who have opened the message based on the date they were added (the percentage is calculated from number of contacts opened divided by the number of contacts messaged) 
  • Contacts replied - of the contacts who were messaged, this is the number of contacts that replied back based on when they were added (the percentage is calculated from number of contacts replied by divided by the number of contacts messaged)
  • Meetings booked - of the contacts who replied, this is the number of contacts that booked a meeting based on when they were added (the percentage is calculated from number of contacts replied divided by the number of contacts messaged)

Messages Sent Funnel

This is the breakdown of metrics for the messages sent funnel:

  • Messages sent - the total amount of messages sent in the specified time frame
  • Initial messages sent - of the messages sent, this is the amount that were initial messages 
  • Follow-up messages sent - of the messages sent, this is the amount that were follow-up messages 
  • Messages bounced - of the messages sent, this is the amount that bounced
  • Messages opened - of the messages sent, this is the amount that were opened
