When contacts reply to sequences with auto replies or out-of-office replies, we can detect these types of responses and temporarily pause sending emails to them.

For auto replies and out-of-office replies, we can identify the return date if this is mentioned and pause sending further emails until their return date. If the reply doesn't include a return date, then our system will pause sending emails for one week and then resume sending again.

You can always manually clear the paused status to resume sending emails.
