Using Zoho Mail with Interseller
Interseller connects with Zoho Mail using IMAP. In order to connect your account, you will need to check that your Zoho Mail is set up correctly.
Checking your Zoho Mail Settings
- Make sure that IMAP access is enabled.
- If you're using two-factor authentication, you will need to generate an Application-Specific Password from Zoho.
- If you're utilizing Zoho Mail in an organization setting, your administrator may also need to enable IMAP access.
Server Settings
You can find these settings under the IMAP Settings in Zoho Mail. For more details on how to find your IMAP Settings in Zoho Mail, check out Zoho's support article here.
For most users, you can use the following server settings:
IMAP Server: imap.zoho.com
IMAP Port: 993
SMTP Server: smtp.zoho.com
SMTP Port: 587
If you're using Zoho with a professional domain (e.g. @yourdomain.com), you may need to use the following settings:
IMAP Server: imappro.zoho.com
IMAP Port: 993
SMTP Server: smtppro.zoho.com
SMTP Port: 587
Duplicate emails in the sent folder
You may see duplicate emails in your Sent Folder but rest assured, Interseller will never send duplicate emails. This is because Interseller will save the sent email in your sent folder while Zoho will do the same, resulting in two emails in your Sent Folder. You can turn Zoho's setting off in your Mail Settings.
