Setting up the Bullhorn integration

Connecting Bullhorn

Integrating with Bullhorn requires a manual setup but we've highlighted the steps below for you to follow:

1. Contact the Bullhorn support team

First, you'll need to contact the Bullhorn support team to request a copy of your API credentials and to have them update your redirect_uri  .

We recommend using the following prompt to let them know what you need in order to get set up:

"Hi there, 

I am using Interseller for email outreach and am currently setting up my integration so that I can sync contact information into Bullhorn.

The Interseller Support team has requested that I reach out to you in order to obtain my API credentials and update my redirect URI to the following:

https://interseller.io/auth/crm/bullhorn/callback

Please let me know once that has been updated, thank you!"


Afterward, their team will email you back your client_id  and client_secret  .

2. Contact the Interseller Support Team

Next, please forward the Bullhorn credentials to our Support Team at help@interseller.io and we'll let you know once you can proceed with the next step.

Important: We are currently experiencing an issue with new connections to Bullhorn.

Once you have completed the steps above or if you're seeing a Get Consent or Terms of Service error, please email our Support team at help@interseller.io for more help.

3. Complete set up

To complete the integration, head to the Integrations page, click Bullhorn, and log in with your Bullhorn credentials. 

Once that's complete, anyone in your organization (or anyone who has your domain in their email address) can use those credentials to integrate with Bullhorn. They can follow the steps here to connect.

You will then receive an email from us letting you know everything has been set up.


Troubleshooting connection issues

Get Consent / Accept Terms of Service Copy link

If you are getting caught in a window that shows a " Get Consent" error or asks you to accept Bullhorn's Terms of Service, please email our Support Team at help@interseller.io for further assistance.

HTTP Status 500 error

If you see a 500 error, please open an incognito window and try connecting there. Once you're connected, you can continue using Interseller in a regular browser window.

If you continue to have issues in an incognito window, please reach out to our Support team for further assistance.

Bullhorn OAuth Error

If you see an OAuth error, this means that the redirect URI is invalid and will prevent you from properly setting up the integration. You will need to reach out to the Bullhorn Support team for further assistance.


We recommend using the following prompt to let them know what needs to be adjusted on their end:

"Hi there, 

I am using Interseller for email outreach and am currently setting up my integration so that I can sync contact information into Bullhorn.

The Interseller Support team has requested that I reach out to you in order to update my redirect URI to the following: https://interseller.io/auth/crm/bullhorn/callback

Please let me know once this has been updated. 

Thank you!"

Once the Bullhorn Support team has updated the URI for you, you can log back into Interseller and try connecting to Bullhorn again.
